Finding our truth, purpose and passions in life can be a labour of love that sometimes feels like pure labour. It's why so many of us endure a life of mediocrity in jobs that we hate or at best tolerate, surrounded by people who don't quite get us and settle for “good enough.” The process of self exploration can feel overwhelming and when we sit with ourselves, we are frightened of what we may find. What if i told you it doesn't have to be that way? 

When i look back at my own self discovery journey, i contribute all of my healing the very first step i took: DEVELOPING SELF AWARENESS AND CULTIVATING A RELATIONSHIP TO MYSELF. I learnt the hard way is that you can not call in true authentic happiness if you don't know who the hell you are and how you work - then accept it, embrace it & empower it! I found that the secret sauce was utilising a combination of spiritual and pragmatic practices that welcomed in the pure magic of clarity and I feel like it's my mission to pass this knowledge on.
