ONLINE WOMENS CIRCLE

As we walk through this tumultuous time of self isolation during the global pandemic, we are all feeling so intensely. Whilst navigating the ever changing circumstances in this current covid-19 world what i have experienced and know to be true is this: that the world keeps spinning. Life doesn’t stop. We still are experiencing joyful highs and heart breaking lows. And with a world in turmoil we can, particularly as women, put our "big girl pants" on and push our feelings aside or play them down. 

This sort of behaviour and thinking is so detrimental to our mental health and well being so it is so important, now more than ever that we allow these feelings to surface, move through us and release like the universe is truly asking to do. 

For the women who are feeling overwhelmed, judged, unseen or unheard, this is for you. I've cultivated this women’s in the eye of my own struggles with feeling my feels, being present and connecting with my own femininity and external female energies. This women’s circle purpose is to provide a space for those who seek it to give, receive, share & connect. 

Sitting in circle with women is truely a sacred act. As 21st century women i never want us to lose the ability and opportunity to feel and honour our emotions without judgement and experience the empowerment through doing. Circle allows space to connect woman to woman purely on the basis on love, understanding and acceptance We invoke support and we move through emotion in connection. 

This space is safe and nurturing for you to emote or simply listen and support your sisters. To feel strong, heard and empowered. To support and hold space for those who require it. 

This is what this time is truely for so if you’re feeling any sense of smallness i pray that you will join me for the virtual womens circle space and contribute in alchemising an judgement free energy in the name and power of the sacred and divine feminine, self-awareness and growth.
